Alkalis and strong acids impair the efficiency of VINAZYME G-300.
Also wetting and washing agents especially such
with anionic character can impair the enzymatic activity.
The product is sensitive to frost to a certain extent
changes arising at low temperatures disappear after warming up and stirring thoroughly.
Storability
At a storing temperatures of 20 – 30oC in closed
containers VINAZYME G-300 maintains its full enzyme activity
for at least six months.
Avoid a longer storage above 30oC.
DILUTION
VINAZYME G-300 can be dissolved before adding to the machine by stirring into cold
DILUTION or into warm water not higher than 45oC.
In case of machines with direct heating first it should be heated up to treatment
temperatures in order not to impair the enzyme activity.
APPLICATION
VINAZYME G-300 is a highly efficient cellulase product with the following application
range:
1. Removal of fibre fluff, pilings, abrasion spots and fibrillation of Lyocell-fibres
APPLICATION By means of controlled part hydrolysis the textile surface is almost fully freed of
fibre ends and fluff standing out. In detail the following advantages are gained:
reduced tendency of pilling
clear surface structures
less fuzz on the surface
improved handle, higher surface smoothness and silk-like shine,
Satisfactory results are exclusively obtained on machines with a certain liquor
mechanics / -turbulence (jet, overflow, drum, disc, tumbler etc.) since they support
breaking off and removal of fibre ends and fluff from the textile surface.
2. Enzymatic stone process of blue denim article
by using VINAZYME G-300 wash-out effects can be obtained on blue denim articles.
When washing with enzymes and VINAZYME G-300 a product optics is obtained with
or without reduced pumice amount which corresponds to a mere stone treatment.

The application quantities of VINAZYME G-300 depends onthe product quality to be treated and the desired surface effect.
RECIPE PROPOSAL
The following recipe indications serve as guidelines:
Machines: Winches, Jet, overflow, drum, disc. Tumbler etc.
RECIPE PROPOSALS Fibres: All cellulose fibres (Co, Polynosic, Modal, Lyocell etc.)
and their blends with synthetics
Guidelines recipe: 0.75 – 1.50% VINAZYME G-300
related to the product weight of the CEL share
Liquor ratio: 1 : 5 to 1 : 20
Temperature: 45 – 55oC
pH-Value: 4.5 – 5.5 mainly adjusted with acetic
acid / sodium acetate
Treatment time: 30 – 60 min. depending on the article
