VINASPERSE PDN is a complex polymeric dispersant with excellent sequestering properties which is used extensively in the preparation, bleaching and dyeing of yarns and fabrics. (Surfactant free ) VINASPERSE PDN is an extremely efficient soaping agent for removal of hydrolysed reactive dyes. VINASPERSE PDN prevents precipitation of dyes caused by Calcium and Magnesium impurities in the fibre and from the water.

DILUTION
Due to the anionic nature of VINAWASH DAP , it is imperative to rinse goods thoroughly after using this product, to prevent any precipitation effects when subsequently after treating with cationic dye fixatives or cationic softening agents.
APPLICATION
In most cases a dosage rate of 1.0 – 3.0 gm/litre VINAWASH DAP will prove sufficient but this can be increased further without detriment where extreme conditions of water hardness of metal cation contamination occur. For optimum results, the VINAWASH DAP should be added to the processing liquor before the addition of any other auxiliaries or dyestuffs.
Beneficial Processes of Using this Product
Hydrogen peroxide bleaching of cotton where product will :- Improve the degree of whiteness by improving suspension of soil and by-products Reduce insoluble calcium and magnesium silicate deposits on machinery where sodium silicate has been used as a hydrogen peroxide stabiliser. Assist with removal of cotton lint which allows sharper printing effects and minimises screen blockages. All dyeing processes where it will very effectively seqester Calcium and Magnesium ions without reducing the exhaustion of anionic dyes. Dyeing procedures involving metal containing dyes where it will NOT alter the dyeshade. ( EDTA and NTA sequestrants can remove the metal from the dye especially during high temperature dyeing ). Disperse and Vat dyeing operations where it will prevent shade change due to metallic contamination. Soaping Off reactive dyeings or prints on cellulosic fibres or their blends with synthetic fibres by removing the hydrolysed dyestuff thereby :- Improving wet rub fastness properties Producing savings in time, energy and water consumption Additional benefits include :- Non foaming, therefore can be used in all types of equipment Protects against Calcium and Magnesium salt deposits on textiles and processing machinery.
