VINASOFT WA is stable to the auxiliaries and chemicals
usually applied in finishing liquors.
The product is sensitive to frost to a certain extent;
changes occurring at low temperatures disappear after
heating and thorough stirring

DILUTION

VINASOFT WA is pre-dissolved by diluting it with cold or warm water and then added
to the treatment liquors.

APPLICATION

VINASOFT WA imparts a full and flowing handle to the treated goods increasing thus – depending
on the application amount – the weight without re-hardening.
The handle of the goods finished with VINASOFT WA corresponds to that of somewhat denser material.
VINASOFT WA does not dust and does not leave any chalk marks; when
stored for a longer period of time, the finish won’t re-harden.
VINASOFT WA is mainly applied for the finishing wool and wool blends, no matter
whether these are woven, knits or hosiery.
VINASOFT WA is also suitable for cotton,
linen and regenerated cellulose fibres since even with higher application amounts there is no risk
of fibre damage during drying.
If required, VINASOFT WA can be combined with other finishing agents preferably with
PVA emulsion as filling agent stable to washing and SWIFTSOFT 80 as softener.
The treatment with VINASOFT WA is normally carried out on the padding mangle. For
application on the winch or on the jigger the liquor should be as short as possible.
The temperature of the liquor can be chosen as desired.
After squeezing or centrifuging dry as usual. Previously finished goods can be sprayed
with VINASOFT WA for an additional correction of the weight.
The application amounts of VINASOFT WA depend on the basic material and the
desired effect.The following amounts can be taken as a guide for working on the padding mangle.

                            30 – 100 g/I VINASOFT WA
                         Or  20 – 60 g/I VINASOFT WA
c) cellulose fibres:
