VINAPOL VAM is a low foam scouring and soil suspending agent with wide use in a variety of textile
processing situations.
The product is excellent at eliminating oligomer deposits in polyester dyeing and contaminants in many
scour/dyeing situations where it’s suspending, dispersing, emulsification, and scouring properties are utilised.
It has been used extensively over a very wide range of textile applications.

VINAPOL VAM is being utilised over a very wide range of applications, which are impossible to fully catalogue.
The following are indications of the amounts of product required in some types of process where usage is well established:
Pre-scouring of textiles before dyeing
Alkaline Pre-treatment of cotton goods
Scour / Dyeing of synthetic fabrics
Hank scour / dyeing of carpet yarns
Reduction clearing / prevention of oligomer deposits in polyester dyeing
Scouring of wool materials
Washing Off of polyester / cellulosic printed goods
Removal of heavy soiling / oil stains from polyester and polyester / cotton blended yarns and fabrics

Removal of processing oils from loose fibre, yarns, and fabrics.
Pre-treatment of Cellulosic and blended fabrics where cotton wax and processing stains such as graphite present a problem.
Reduction clearing of polyester and blended fabrics, where it acts as a dye solvent and soil suspending agent.
Scouring of wool and wool blends, in raw state through to worsted type fabrics.
Cleaning of machinery, including high temperature machinery contaminated with polyester oligomers.
