VINAPOL NSD is stable to hard water,
oxidizing and reducing bleaching agents
and high amounts of electrolytes as well
as the usual amounts of alkali and
Acids. VINAPOL NSD is sensitive to
frost; after having been exposed to
temperatures essentially below the
freezing Point, irreversible changes
occur.
DILUTION
VINAPOL NSD can be easily diluted with hot water.
APPLICATION
Its wetting and washing effect is mostly independent of the pHvalue
and the Temperature. Because of the anionic/non-ionic
combination VINAPOL NSD is Washed out easily. VINAPOL NSD is also
suitable for continuous processes.
Because of its stabilities VINAPOL NSD can be applied in all
wetting processes Except mercerizing.
VINAPOL NSD is used as wetting and washing agent with good soil
suspending properties and is well suited for desizing, alkaline
scouring or kier-boiling, continuous
Alkaline pre-treatment processes and reactive dyeing especially
continuous.
In pre-treatment processes the impurities of cotton are well
dispersed. VINAPOL NSD is also effective in the subsequent wash off
by separating the dissolved Impurities. There is no need to add
detergents. Absorbency and re-wet ability of the goods are
increased.
Wetting agent in the pre-treatment of cellulose fibers
The application amounts depend on the kind of pre-treatment and on
the material.
RECIPE PROPOSALS
The following amounts can be taken as a guide:
For grey goods
in long liquor : 1.0 – 2.0 g/l VINAPOL NSD
in short liquor : 2.0 – 3.0 g/l VINAPOL NSD
in padding : 2.0 – 6.0 g/l VINAPOL NSD For wet goods
in long and short liquors: 0.2 – 1.0 g/l VINAPOL NSD
in padding liquors: 1.0 – 2.0 g/l VINAPOL NSD
