VINAPOL ABS is very sensitive to frost; after the impact of temperatures around the freezing point, irreversible changes occur.
VINAPOL ABS is sensitive to temperatures above 40°C. The product will hold for at least 6 months in closed original containers.
DILUTION
VINAPOL ABS can be diluted at every ratio with cold water.
APPLICATION
VINAPOL ABS has outstanding dispersing properties to separated indigo and in this way reduces backstaining.
Owing to its highly effective components, even low application quantities of VINAPOL ABS ABS will very much decrease soiling.
VINAPOL ABS is not toxic on enzymes.
VINAPOL ABS can be applied in every treatment phase on blue denim articles. On blue denim articles very high quantities of indigo are separated already during desize, and they soil weft threads, inside pockets as well as labels. VINAPOL ABS reduces backstaining already in this treatment phase.
The application of VINAPOL ABS for stone washing and for separate aftertreatment also leads to a reduction of the backstaining.
Depending on the soiling of a quality, VINAPOL ABS can be applied in one or several treatment processes.
RECIPE PROPOSALS
Desizinq (liquor ratio: 1:4 – 1:7) 0.5% – 1.%VINALASE DHT-100
0.5 – 1 % VINAPOL ABS pH: 6.0 – 7.0
15 min at 45oC
Stone-wash, example neutral cellulase (liquor ratio 1:4 – 1:7)
1.0 % VINAZYME PW (application quantity depending on wanted stone effect)
0.5 – 1 % VINAPOL ABS pH: 6.0 – 7.5
50 – 55oC
e.g. 60 min treatment time (depending on wanted stone effect) rinse cold
Aftertreatment (liquor ratio 1:7 – 1: 10)
