DILUTION
VINALASE PK-400 can be diluted with cold water in any ratio.
APPLICATION
Reactive dyestuffs often being very sensitive to peroxide, it is necessary to destroy the remaining peroxide of the prebleaching process through several cold and warm rinsing baths or through addition of suitable peroxide killers. VINALASE PK CONC allows for the catalytic remaining peroxide after bleaching to be converted to inactive oxygen and water. The following advantages are achieved through the application Of VINALSE PK CONC Low water consumption Time saving No ecological waste water pollution VINALASE PK CONC is an enzyme for decomposing H2O2 in oxygen and water. Just like all enzymes which are used for textile procedures, the catalase requires basic conditions for optimum efficiency. pH range: pH 4.0 – 9.0 Treatment temperature: 20 – 60oC Process Time : 10 – 30 min
