Vinfix WRF
Usually the dyes of reactive, direct, indigo blue and sulfur, especially for dark black, bright red and
turquoise blue has bad wet rubbing fastness, while fabric exported to Europe and US, the wet rubbing
fastness needed to be above Grade 3. Therefore, our company specially developed this environmentfriendly VINAFIX WRF, which can improve the wet fastness at least 1-2 rating higher than before.

APPLICATION
Based on different kind and concentration of dyes, different kind and pattern of treated fabric,
Dosage as below:
Dipping (garments washing only)
VINAFIX WRF : 2-4% (O.W.F) (Adjustment base on color)
Bath ratio 1: 10 – 20
Dyed fabrics (pH= 5-6) → Dip at 40℃× 20 – 30 min →Dry at temperature 100~140℃with 1.5–2
min → Baking at temperature 120~160℃with 30 seconds.
P.S. : Dry and baking temperature should be according to fabrics ,if denim garments,
temperature will be lower around 100-120℃to protect the fiber strength.
Padding:
VINAFIX WRF : 30 – 50 g/L
Dyed fabrics (pH = 5-6) → One dip & one pad with water retention 70 – 80% → Dry at temperature
140℃with 1.5–2 min → Baking at temperature 160℃with 30 seconds
Characteristics
Dose not destroy fabric fastness ,neither shades nor hand feels.
Excellent wet rubbing fastness improving performance that can meet above Grade 3 by improving 1-2 grades for cellulose fibers by reactive dyes.
No influence on light fastness and resistant to washing.
Free of formaldehyde and APEO that complied with environmental requirement.
