Vinafix FF Conc
VINAFIX FF is a formaldehyde free fixing agent for both direct and reactive dyes on cellulose materials and cellulosic
blends with other fibres. The product will produce a marked improvement in fastness to Washing, Perspiration and Wet
Contact Staining.

DILUTION
VINALUBE HC is added directly to the dyebath.
APPLICATION
VINAFIX FF can be applied by padding or exhaust methods and the quantity required will vary with the depth of shade and the cellulosic content of the material.
As a general guide the following amounts are recommended:-
Pale Shades 0.15 – 0.25% on weight of goods
Medium Shades 0.3 – 0.5% on weight of goods
Dark Shades 0.5 – 1.0% on weight of goods
Additional benefits include
Minimal effect upon dye shade and light fastness.
Substantive to cellulosic fibres thus can be applied by either exhaust or padding processes.
Readily miscible with water in all proportions.
Compatible with non-ionic and cationic products.
Can be utilised in admixture with all finishing resins of the type normally used on cellulosic materials.
