VINAFIX DR is stable to hard water, weak and strong acids and caustics and all sulphate ions.
VINAFIX DR is compatible with non-ionic and cationic products.
The product is to a certain extent sensitive to frost however disappear on warming and after thorough stirring.
VINAFIX DR is sensitive to heat above 40oC.
DILUTION
VINAFIX DR can be diluted with cold water in any ratio.
APPLICATION
VINAFIX DR is an after treatment agent to improve the wet fastness properties
of dyeings and printing on cellulosic fibers made with reactive dyes or direct dyes.
The product is free from formaldehyde, does not impair the light fastness, either
with direct nor with reactive dyes and there is no or insignificant change in colour
when after treating with VINAFIX DR.
RECIPE PROPOSAL
The well rinsed or perfectly soaped and rinsed dyeing or printing is treated 20 – 30 min.
At 20oC – 40oC with
0.5 – 1% VINAFIX DR
The pH-value of the treatment bath has to be adjusted to 5 – 5.5.
In the padding, it is recommended to produce an add-on of 5 – 20 g/l of VINAFIX DR.
