VINADEFOAM AF 150 is stable to the chemical
concentrations normally used in the pre-treatment,
dyeing and finishing
The product is sensitive to frost to a certain extent
changes occurring at low temperatures disappear on warming and after through stirring.
DILUTION
VINADEFOAM AF 150 can be mixed in every ratio with cold and warm water.
Nevertheless since the effectiveness of all silicone based anti-foaming agents
depends on very fine dispersion it is advisable to dilute the product with cold
water in a 1:9 ratio.

VINADEFOAM AF 150 has an excellent and lasting antifoam effect in pre-treatment
process. Even with high-speed machines, a good anti-foam performance can
be obtained with small application amounts.
VINADEFOAM AF 150 is applied whenever foam develops in pre-treatment before
introduction of any product in the process. The diluted product may also be
sprayed at any time.
RECIPE PROPOSAL
We cannot recommend precisely a certain application amount since it depends
on the foaming substance in the liquor, on turbulence and on air inlet. Normally
the following amounts are recommended.
0.05 – 0.5 g/l VINADEFOAM AF 150
