APPLICATION

VINABID LDP is suitable for exhaust dyeing with disperse dyes on PES, PA, acetate, triacetate
fibers to strengthen the effect of VINABID LDP. it is strongly recommended to combine it in the
recipe with anionic dispersant such as VINAPERSE LRD
LIQ. In foam sensitive dyeing machines it is advisable to add an antifoam.
Metering: %0.2 -%0.5 VINABID LDP %0.5-%1 VINAPERS LRD LIQUID

During fluorescence brightening of PES, triacetate fibers under high temperature with disperse
brighteners, recommendations given for dyeing with disperse dyes shall be followed. In reduction
cleaning VINABID LDP removes the un disperse polyester dyestuff rapidly and thoroughly.
According to the intensity of the shade, caustic soda and hydrosulfite can be used. Washing of the
dyeing : %0.5 to %1 VINABID LDP at 50℃ Reduction clearing of dyeing : %1 VINABID LDP
4 ml Caustic
Soda 36 °Be g/l hydrosulfite at 80℃
In case of printings, disperse dyes should be removed without staining the ground. The following
procedure should be taken in to account.

Cold rinsing
Rinse at 40℃ with 1 g/l VINABID LDP Rinse at 60℃ with 1 g/l VINABID LDP Rinse at 80℃ with
1 g/l VINABID LDP 2 ml/l Caustic soda 36°Be 2 gr/l Hydrosulfite
