Enzymatic auxiliary for the destruction of remaining
Peroxide after bleaching
Chemical character | Catalase |
APPERANCE | Yellow-brown, opal liquid |
PH-value of a 10% solution | 5.0 – 7.0 |
APPLICATION
VINALASE PK-400 can be diluted with cold water in any ratio.Reactive dyestuffs often being very sensitive to peroxide, it is necessary to destroy
the remaining peroxide of the bleaching process through several cold and warm
rinsing baths or through addition of suitable peroxide killers.
VINALASE PK-400 allows for the catalytic remaining peroxide after bleaching to
be converted to inactive oxygen and water.
The following advantages are achieved through the application Of VINALSE PK 400
VINALASE PK-400 is an enzyme for decomposing H2O2 in oxygen and water. Just
like all enzymes which are used for textile procedures, the catalase requires basic
conditions for optimum efficiency.
pH range: pH 4.0 – 9.0
