VINADEFOAM AF is stable to the chemical concentrations normally used in the pre-treatment, dyeing and finishing
The product is sensitive to frost to a certain extent changes occurring at low temperatures disappear on warming and after through stirring.
DILUTION
APPLICATION
VINADEFOAM AF has an excellent and lasting antifoam effect in pre-treatment process. Even with high-speed machines, a good anti-foam performance can be obtained with small application amounts.
VINADEFOAM AF is applied whenever foam develops in pre-treatment before introduction of any product in the process. The diluted product may also be sprayed at any time.
RECIPE PROPOSAL
We cannot recommend precisely a certain application amount since it depends
on the foaming substance in the liquor, on turbulence and on air inlet. Normally
the following amounts are recommended.
0.05 – 0.5 g/l VINADEFOAM AF
