VINASIL SR 705
(AB)n block copolymerized silicone soft finish. It is self-emulsifying, no silicon spot, can be directly repair colour and very low yellowing products. Can be used for overflow dyeing or cheese yarn dyeing equipment, the same can optimize the dyeing process; improve the efficiency of the environment-friendly additives. Applicable to all variety of fiber and fabric, such as cotton, polyester, nylon and wool and other applications, especially for polyester fleece, and worsted wool fabrics and other products.

APPLICATION
Silicon range of products can be used to give a very wide range of different finishes from extremely slippery / greasy , through to neutral / dry handle on all types of textile materials. Since any individual product may give a slippery handle on one type of textile but on other product a dry handle, it is impossible to give full & specific application details for each product on the range.

VINASIL SR 705 can be applied by either Padding or Exhaustion processes.
Application quantities will vary depending on the substrate characteristics and the handle required. General guidelines are as follows:
Exhaust Application:
Apply 0.2.0% to 4.0% VINASIL SR 705 on weight of goods Set the bath pH at 5.0. Run for 30 – 40 minutes at 40 – 45C.
It is recommended that the softening operation is carried out in a fresh rinse bath following dyeing at the lowest practical liquor to material ratio.
VINASIL SR 705 can be used to revive readymade garments by treating with .02% – 3.0% on weight of goods using a 10:1 liquor ratio at 40◦C for 20 minutes at pH 5.0. The fabric is then hydro extracted and tumbles dried.
Pad Application:
For pad application the VINASIL SR 705 is pre-diluted and added to the premix tank as required.
Apply 1 – 30 gm/litre for continuous padding processes at 100% pick-up, and then dry to cure the finish.
