VINAWASH PVW
The dyeing/printing with reactive dye, it may be required soaping off process for removal of either unfix or
hydrolyzed dyes for without leaving tinting effect and redeposit on white ground. Process with sodium thionite for
reduction cleaning, but that may cause deteriorated wash fastness, especially for lycra/op. besides, the reduction
cleaning may cause high water treatment cost. in view of this, we have developed reactive dye fastness improver
VINAWASH PVW ., which does not contain oxidant and reduction.
VINAWASH PVW can efficiently improve wash fastness and shorten process time, and is an eco-friendly product
with high biodegradability. it is order less colourless and incombustible. VINAWASH PVW is natural and harmless
to human body, great effort in cost effectiveness.

APPLICATION
Usage : VINAWASH PVW : 0.2g/L ~ 2g/L depend opn color depth.
Soaping Agent : Duration : 93 ~ 98°C*15-20mins (pH value L 5.0-7.5 )
After Soaping , Hot wash 80°C*10mins
