Mainly used in whitening of polyester fabric and its blends as well as acetate fiber.

An ideal optical brightening agent for polyester its blends with strong fluorescence, high whitening performance at low dosage with bluish tone. It can be used under high, medium and low temperature.
APPLICATION
1. Pad-thermoses process:
Dosage: 1~3g/L
Procedure: two dips and two pads(pick-up: 70%)→dry(100℃)→cure(180-200℃, 20- 30s)
Attention:
The fabric must be rinsed thoroughly after pretreatment to ensure there are no residues of alkali on fabric.
2. Exhaustion process:
Dosage: 0.1-0.3%(o.w.f)
L/R: 1 : 10 – 30
pH: 6.0 – 13
98-100℃(low temperature)×30-60min→Washing→Drying→Curing.
120-130℃(High temperature)×30-60min→Washing→Drying→Curing.
Actual process should be adjusted according the preliminary tries.
