VINALASE DHT CONC is impaired a lot by heavy metal ions and salt thereof, oxidizing agents, alkalis (> pH 9.0) and acids (<pH 4.0). A number of tensides, especially the ones with anionic reaction may impair the enzymatic decomposition.
The product is to a limited extent sensitive to frost
changes occurring at low temperatures are reversible on warming and after thorough stirring..

DILUTION

VINALASE DHT CONC can be diluted with water in every ratio.

APPLICATION

VINALASE DHT CONC is an enzymatic product which decomposes starch at temperatures
normally used for desizing process (50 – 110 Cº ) and a pH range between 5.0 – 7.0.
Due to heat stability of VINALASE DHT CONC the product can be used on Pad-Steam
process with 1-20 min. steaming time.
Heavy metal ions impair the enzymatic decomposition of the amylases very much.
Therefore it is of advantage to add to the desizing liquor a sequestering agent, e.g.
VINAQUEST CEP / VINAQUEST SF 40 with a high heavy metal sequestering capacity
.
VINALASE DHT CONC can be applied in all common desizing methods, pad-batch methods,
processes in long liquors and continuous processes.
