VINASOFT SEW is stable to hard water and acids in the usual plant concentrations.
VINASOFT SEW is sensitive to slightly alkaline water and all forms of alkali.
The product is very sensitive to frost; temperatures
considerably below the freezing point cause irreversible changes.
VINASOFT SEW is heat-sensitive above 40oC
DILUTION
VINASOFT SEW is further dilutable with cold water in every ratio. We recommend
to acidify alkaline process water with acid to a pH-value of approx. 5.5 – 6.0 before
adding the softener.
APPLICATION
VINASOFT SEW is a universally applicable textile softner with following property
profile:
excellent soft handle with distinct surface smoothness,
good resiliency,
positive influence on the pile recovery of pile articles,
supports the `Easy-Care’ behaviour of easy-care finished cellulose textiles,
good permenancy to washing of the elastomeric share
optimizes the sewability of knitwear.

VINASOFT SEW is both applied in padding process and in the exhaust application.
Main fields of application are knitwear and woven goods of cellulosic fibres and
wool and their blends with polyamide, polyester and elastane.
RECIPE PROPOSALS
Exhaust method : (overflow-Jet. winch becks etc.)
2.0 – 4.0% VINASOFT SEW
pH-value: 5.0 – 6.0
Temperature: 35 – 40oC
Time: 15 – 30 min
Drying as usual
Padding method:
10 – 40 g/l VINASOFT SEW
pH-value: 5.0 – 6.0
Liquor pickup: 70 – 80%
Drying as usual
The silicone elastomer contained in VINASOFT SEW cross-links above 140-150oC
or after a storage at room temperature of several days.
