after thawing and stirring.

DILUTION

VINAQUEST SF 40 can be dosed and mixed with cold and hot water in any ratio.
The product can also be added to the treating liquors without being dissolved before.

APPLICATION

VINAQUEST SF 40 is suitable in each pretreatment process
VINAQUEST SF 40 complexes hardness builders and removes incrustations which
occur due to the hardness of water and / or due to hardness of the cotton fiber, also
in presence of sodium silicate.

SPECIAL FEATURES

High efficient and versatile product for all kind of textile goods
(loose stock, yarn, woven, knitwear) made out of cellulose and blends
No silicate build-up on machine parts and the fabric remains free of silicate
Deposits when used together with silicate.
Acts as corrosion inhibitor and removes oxide- and silicate-deposits, crusts
in units, pipelines etc.
In the hydrogen peroxide bleach the developing molecular decomposition
products of the cellulose are made soluble by complexion
In rinsing processes with very low concentrations of VINAQUEST SF 40
very good effects can be achieved, as the product has as well complexing
properties in lower stoichiometric ratio (Threshold effect)
Clean material with high degree of whiteness
In dyeing and printing VINAQUEST SF 40 secures unmatched final
dye-appearance and good rubbing fastnesses.
