VINABID LRD is sensitive to frost to
a certain extent.
Changes occurring at low temperatures
disappear on Warming up the product
and after thoroughly stirring it.
The product is stable to hard water
and pH range between 4 and 12.

DILUTION

VINABID LRD can be diluted with cold or hot water in any ratio.
VINABID LRD improves the solubility of reactive dyestuffs. In addition, the dyestuff

APPLICATION

VINABID LRD improves the solubility of reactive dyestuffs. In addition, the dyestuff
are excellently dispersed, which prevents agglomerations and improves the levelness
of the dyeing.
Moreover, VINABID LRD has a sequestering effect on calcium and magnesium
hardness and a dispersing effect on cotton accompanying substances. Dyestuffs
which contain metals are not demetallized. The product is almost foam-free. The
stability to salt is excellent upto 120 g/l.
VINABID LRD is particularly applied in reactive dyeing. VINABID LRD is excellently
suitable for the exhaust and the continuous dyeing. The product is almost foam free
and can therefore be used on all machines types.

RECIPE PROPOSAL

                        0.5 – 2.0 g/l VINABID LRD
                         1.0 – 2.0 g/l VINALUBE NJV

To achieve optimum results add the product to the dye bath and let it run for some
time prior to the addition of dyestuf.
